We handle our technical support the most efficient way possible. We don't ask our users to sit on hold while waiting for a technician that may or may not be able to answer your question. Instead, we ask that you leave a message that is then routed to the technician that can best answer your question. Our staff will return your call, often in a matter of minutes. You are able to get back to your work and we are able to “triage” your call to give you the quickest and most efficient response.
