WORK FLOW AUTOMATION SYSTEM

The Job Manager and Task Manager together form the most extensive, efficient and powerful work-flow automation system ever available. An unlimited number of “Jobs” are constructed through the defining and addition of “tasks.” These aforementioned Jobs are used to automate the Standard Operating Procedures for the processing of new (pending) business, Claims, Prospects, Clients, Agents, Licensing, etc. The only limiting factor of the Work-flow automation system is your own imagination.

The Job Manager ensures that all required steps/tasks for any procedure are completed in a timely and orderly fashion. Not only will this module increase your efficiency and production but it will reduce the number of errors that occur due to improper processing of new prospects, pending business, etc. Tasks such as Phone Calls, To Do Items, Documents to be Sent, etc. Job Manager tasks can be delegated to the employee(s) within your agency who can best handle the task at hand. Once a specific task is completed, the next task in line is automatically “triggered” and “set” for the employee to which it is delegated. Tasks cannot be delegated until the previous task is completed, your Standard Operating Procedures are thus fully automated.

Assigning Jobs and Tasks to Records
Once constructed, Jobs are attached to the intended Client Record, Prospect Record, Policy Record, etc. Once Attached, the job and all tasks are set in motion to be completed based on the time frames designated by the specific Job. The tasks will begin to appear in the appropriate employees’ daily planner on the day for which the task(s) should be completed. Once completed, the next task is triggered and set.
