THE FOUR VERSIONS OF AGENCY EXPERT

The MGA (Managing General Agency) Version:
The MGA (Managing General Agency) version of AGENCY EXPERT contains ALL the features and functions described below. For a General Agency which deals in high volume and the management and tracking of a large number of field-/sub-agents and also services, manages, and recruits sub-agents; special capabilities such as the sending of Mass/Broadcast e-mails, automated agent licensing and carrier appointment cross-checking, advanced underwriting tracking, a TAPI Interface giving Automatic “Screen Pop” of the caller’s record via Caller ID, the Capability to Maintain Multiple Databases and the many additional features will guarantee a higher level of efficiency and thus a greater level of servicing and production.

NOTE: Purchase of the MGA Version also includes any three (3) additional modules
of the purchaser’s choosing.

The GA (General Agency) Version:
The GA (General Agency) version of AGENCY EXPERT contains all the features and functions described below less those available only through the MGA Version. For a General Agency which services, manages, and recruits sub-agents; special capabilities such as full commissions accounting (including calculation of commissions payable to sub agents, Claims Tracking, check printing, commission projections and 1099 generation), full Work-Flow automation with Job Manager and Task Manager, agent management and quote tracking will be a welcome addition to the standard operating procedures of the agency staff.

The Standard Version:
For the single producing agent or smaller agency which does not require the capability to pay out commissions and/or track a field force of sub-agents, the Standard version of AGENCY EXPERT will best fit your needs. Though not allowing the capability to automatically calculate and disperse payable commissions to sub-agents, the Standard version of AGENCY EXPERT will allow you to track commissions not received and outgoing splits (for those few cases that you do split commissions on). The Standard version will encompass almost every capability outlined in this booklet save most of the capabilities/functions which are most often required by a General Agency or large brokerage operation.

The Agent Partner Version:
The Agent Partner version of AGENCY EXPERT is for those agents/agencies which do not require any agent management or commissions accounting/tracking capabilities whatsoever. The Agent Partner version is a very simple and straight forward contact management program used to track clients, prospects, policies, notes, etc. without the extensive features found in the GA and Standard versions of AGENCY EXPERT. For those agents/agencies which are smaller and/or do not require all the capabilities found in this booklet, the Agent Partner may be your best solution.
