Following are the Various Training “Tools” and “Avenues” available to every GBS, Inc. Client:
Technical Support: GBS, Inc. employs a full-time on-site technical support staff to assist our clients with ANY questions or problems they may encounter.
System Manuals: Every GBS, Inc. Software system comes with a complete and comprehensive system manual. Our system manuals can also be downloaded from this very website at no additional fee.
Downloadable Training Lessons: Over 30 lessons in a “slide-show” format can be downloaded from the GBS, Inc. website at NO COST.
Narrated “Orientation Videos”: GBS, Inc. has created and made available over 20 narrated “Orientation Videos” that are available on the GBS, Inc. website. These Orientation Videos are also sent out on CD with every new system purchased. These videos will give you an overview of the capabilities and features that are available through the implementation of AGENCY EXPERT.
Web / Internet Training: GBS, Inc. has contracted with a remote-access vendor (Eblvd.com) to allow the ability to give on-line training to our clients. During an on-line training session, a GBS, Inc. trainer will log on to the client’s PC and walk them through any area or aspect of the software of which the client wishes to receive training.
On-Line “Advanced Help” and “FAQ”: GBS, Inc. has published on this website both an “Advanced Help” page and a “Frequently Asked Questions” page which is continuously updated and allows our clients quick and easy access, answers and solutions to some of the most common questions and issues regarding our software.
Annual Training Seminars: In the Fall of Every Year, GBS, Inc. trainers travel to over a dozen cities across the country to put on a two day training seminar iat each location. These seminars are given in a “classroom presentation” format and are designed to give the attendees a full overview of the AGENCY EXPERT system and various additional modules. On-Site Training: At the request of the client; GBS, Inc. will send a trainer out to their location and train the client (and, of course, any desired staff) in the client’s office. This is “proprietary” training that is designed and centered around the EXACT needs of the client to whom the trainer is visiting.
Training in the GBS, Inc. Home Office Location: GBS, Inc. also welcomes the client to come to us. Any client can schedule “proprietary” training that is designed and centered around the EXACT needs of the client and held at the GBS, Inc. Home Office Location in Boulder, Colorado.
