The TAPI-Compliant “Screen Pop” capability allows the screen of client information to automatically “pop up” when the client calls before you even pick up the phone. Your phone and/or phone system must be TAPI-Compliant. If your phone system is not TAPI-compliant, then you should consider the more inexpensive Caller ID module (which is available with ANY version of AGENCY EXPERT). The TAPI “Screen Pop” capability is only available through the purchase of the MGA Version of AGENCY EXPERT.
The Caller ID Module is similar to the TAPI-Compliant Screen Pop Module in the capability provided (allowing the screen of client information to automatically “pop up” when the client calls) except that this module requires a hardware device that sets between your incoming phone lines and your phone switch with a connection to your network server plus the necessary software to provide this advance telecommunication feature.
