Q1: Can I separate individual polices from the group policies when running a policy report or at Summary View?
Q2: Is there a way to go from one client policy to another without exiting the policy then exiting the client then going to new client?
A1:
Yes, use the “IndividualorBusiness” field as one of the query criteria and specify either individual or business.
A2:
Use summary view, pull up a list of policies using a query or Retrieve All, and then double click on the 1st policy (or which ever you desire). You will be taken to the policy and because you did this from Summary View, in the lower right hand corner you now have a control that allows you to click and go the next policy, prior policy, 1st policy or last policy.
