The “Paperless Office” is here! The Scanning Module of AGENCY EXPERT for Windows allows the user to scan documents, photographs, applications, letters, etc. directly into the AGENCY EXPERT for Windows database as an attachment to any record(s) within the database (Individuals, Businesses, Carriers, Agents/Agencies, Policies, Investments, etc.). Once the scanned item is attached to the desired record (all of which is a single-step process directed by AGENCY EXPERT for Windows), that scanned item can be quickly viewed and/or printed directly from within AGENCY EXPERT. All scanned items are accessed via the record to which they were attached when scanned into the system giving the user quick and easy access to the desired item(s).
