RFP (Request for Proposal) MODULE

The RFP Module allows you to create a proposal and side-by-side comparisons for health insurance.  Rates, benefits and other plan specifications for the various products you sell are entered into the screens shown below to then allow proposals to be generated and then printed, emailed or FAXed to the client, agent or prospect.  Rate information and benefits can also be displayed in a side-by-side format to allow for comparisons of more than one plan. The RFP Module is available for $295 and a mandatory $100/year support fee.

The Quote tab (shown below) allows the entry of Plan Specifications, Census (for group plans), Rates and finally, the creation and printing of the proposal.

Census Data for Group Plans is entered on the screen shown below.

The “Product/Plan” Tab (Shown below) allows the entry of Plan Information (for ANY line(s)) and Plan Benefits. This information, once entered, is saved in the RFP module to allow for future quoting of the same plan.

Plan Benefits are entered on the the tab shown below.  Benefit information is entered on pull down menus to allow for quick entry and consistency of nomenclature.

Plan rates are entered on the Rates tab (shown below) for the specified product.

Once the Rates, Benefits and Plan Information is entered, the proposal can be generated and then printed from the tab shown below. Note that multiple plans/products can be selected and displayed in a single proposal in a multi-page and side-by-side comparative format.

Finally, the Proposal can be printed from the Print tab (shown below). Many pages with various information can be picked to print for your proposal including “Other Attachments” such as additional documents (i.e. Applications, etc.) you have saved on the “Other Attachments” tab of the RFP Module.  Note: If you had entered more than one plan for your proposal, the additional plan(s) would be displayed for you to then choose to print in your comparative-format proposal.
