GBS, INC.’S REFERRAL POLICY

It is the policy of GBS, Inc. to never, under ANY circumstances release the contact information of any client or prospective client of GBS, Inc.  While many companies in various industries may sell their client lists, prospect lists or release client-specific information to prospective clients in the form of a referral, it is the policy of GBS, Inc. to never release this information.

In a world of ever-increasing cases of “identity theft” by confidence artists and/or other individuals for the sole use of monetary gain via illegal means, it is the policy of GBS, Inc. to protect our clients and prospective clients to the utmost degree possible. 

GBS, Inc. is well aware of the desire for prospective clients to, on occasion, obtain a referral to assist in their software buying decision. GBS, Inc. respects this desire but is not willing to take the chance of releasing information regarding our clients that could possibly put them in harm’s way. If the policy of GBS, Inc. to not release client-specific information in the form of a referral should mean the loss of a prospective sale; that is a loss GBS, Inc. is willing to take in protecting the financial security and anonymity of our valued clients and prospective clients.

In always keeping our clients’ and prospective clients’ financial security a priority, GBS, Inc. apologizes to those who may not agree with this policy and respects your decision should it be to seek out another vendor due to the strict enforcement of this policy in keeping our clients’ contact information safe and secure.
