QUICKBOOKS SYNCHRONIZATION MODULE

AGENCY EXPERT synchronizes with the Quickbooks and Quickbooks Pro dual-entry accounting packages (Versions 2003 and Higher). Data from AGENCY EXPERT and Quickbooks is synchronized and thus shared between the two applications. This allows Invoices, Credit Memos, Sales Receipts, and other vital accounting functions to be generated/performed from within AGENCY EXPERT and saved in your Quickbooks accounting software without the need for duplication of entry. All your commissions data is shared as well. The time savings and ease-of-use given by this link is unbelievable! See example “screen shots” below. Cost: $295.

As shown above, A right click of your mouse from a vendor’s or client’s record allows single click creation of Invoices, Sales Receipts, Credit memos, etc. without ever leaving AGENCY EXPERT. Data from AGENCY EXPERT can be quickly and easily Synchronized into Quickbooks and vice versa to eliminate the need for duplication of entry.

As shown above, Invoices can be quickly generated from within AGENCY EXPERT which, once saved, are automatically placed into Quickbooks (this is also true of sales receipts and credit memos).

As shown above, Commission checks can also be generated which can either be printed straight from within AGENCY EXPERT or via a “batch print” mode through Quickbooks. Once again, your duplication of data entry is completely eliminated!
