POLICY TRACKING SCREENS

The AGENCY EXPERT for Windows Policy tracking screens allow the extensive tracking of all policy data. The benefit data fields are fully editable and specific to the type of policy being tracked. All policies are attached directly to the client’s record to allow single click access to policy data for servicing or informational purposes. Notes, Emails, Scanned Documents, Remitted Correspondence, ACORD forms (for those of you who sell property/casualty insurance), etc. Can all be attached to any policy record and quickly accessed with a simple double-click of your mouse through the AGENCY EXPERT for Windows Attachment tab. A click on the Beneficiaries/Owners button allows the tracking of additional Beneficiaries and Owners for the Policy/Investment.

AGENCY EXPERT gives you the capability to track the specific employees of a company covered by a group or commercial policy. You are able to track ANY line of insurance through AGENCY EXPERT with an equal level of detail and efficiency. In addition, 20 User-defined fields on the Premium Tab (shown below) are at your disposal to allow for detailed tracking of the unique policy data needed by your agency.

Tracking Policy Benefit Information
All policy benefit information is tracked on the two tabs shown above. The benefit tracking fields on these tabs are entirely editable by the user. This allows the policy benefits for each line of insurance to be tracked in the exact manner you require (Term Life Benefit Tracking Screens are shown above as an example). Field labels are edited with a single click of your mouse and replaced with the desired label. With this level of customization at your finger tips, AGENCY EXPERT guarantees the most efficient policy tracking possible.

To Ease your “Setup” work, we have pre-formatted the benefit tracking screens for more than 60 lines of Life, Health and Property/Casualty insurance (Shown on the following page). You may use these pre-formatted benefit screens as they are, edit a few or all of the field labels to your liking or even add additional lines of insurance. Once the benefit tracking field labels are edited for a particular line of insurance, those changes/additions will be found in every policy for the same line of insurance. There is no limit to the number of policy types you can add. Welcome to the Utopia of policy data tracking!

Tracking Pending Case Status and Claims Processing
The submitted business tracking function allows you to monitor cases in underwriting and stay current on the outstanding underwriting requirements of pending cases. Notes with follow-up deadlines may be attached to the records of policies in underwriting, reminding you to follow up on critical requirements needed for policy issuance.

A product checklist displays all the required actions, forms and paper work required for case submission. Items found on this checklist can be either policy-specific or product-specific. Claims can also be tracked and processed through this multi-purpose module.
