The Outlook Synch. allows your data from AGENCY EXPERT to be synchronized and shared between AGENCY EXPERT and Outlook to give you a more complete and interactive solution. Finally, Outlook Synchronization is an excellent solution for those who wish to move data back-and-forth between AGENCY EXPERT and “Blackberry” devices and/or “Pocket PCs.” In these situations, the Outlook Synchronization Module can be used as a “Bridge” whereby data is synchronized first to MS Outlook from your “Blackberry” or “Pocket PC” then, via the Outlook Synch Module, to AGENCY EXPERT (and vice versa to move data from AGENCY EXPERT to your “Blackberry” or “Pocket PC”).
