AGENCY EXPERT allows for an unlimited number of notes (with no limitation on the amount of note text) to be attached to any Individual, Group/Commercial, Policy, Investment, Agent/Agency, Administrator/Carrier, Product, Appointment or “To Do.” These notes can serve as a summary of contacts and as documentation of your response to client, prospect, carrier or agent requests. The Note Tracking function of AGENCY EXPERT is fully relational to all modules of AGENCY EXPERT for Windows.
“Response Notes” allow you to quickly assign a task to be entered into your AGENCY EXPERT Daily Planner directly from the notes tracking screen.
