The AGENCY EXPERT Mass E-mail allows you to create a text document with mail-merge fields that pull data from the AGENCY EXPERT database into the E-mail.
The user is able to create a mail merge document (which allows each E-mail to be personalized by pulling data from almost any table in the AGENCY EXPERT database) and then send it as a mass E-mail to any set of clients, prospects, agents, etc. with no limitations on number of pages in the document, number of E-mails sent, etc.
The Mass E-Mail Module is an excellent marketing/prospecting tool as well as a tool that is perfect to keep your clients updated on any changes in their policies (i.e. pending renewals, policy changes, etc.).
