The Database Synchronization Capability allows an agent or user to download the master/host database to a laptop or other “outside” PC to then edit and update the data file which the same data file is being manipulated at the master/host machine inside the agent’s office. Once the agent/user returns to the office, the database from the laptop is Synchronized to the master/host machine which allows the edits/additions made while in the field to be merged into the master/host database without being forced to overwrite and thus lose any data.
