INDIVIDUAL TRACKING SCREENS

Recording and Reporting on Individual Client\Prospect Data
Nearly one hundred fields of data can be tracked through the IM edit screens. A wide variety of reports can be generated to use for marketing, prospecting, and follow up. Reports can be generated based on queries of any field(s) found within the IM file. With AGENCY EXPERT reports on follow up calls, policy renewal dates, and client servicing deadlines, you will never miss the opportunity to serve your clients when the need arises.

Tracking Employee Info.
All required Employee information is tracked in addition to four user-defined phone fields and two additional user-defined addresses. Through AGENCY EXPERT there is no limit to the level of detail and flexibility in your client and/or prospect tracking.

Tracking Related Individuals and Advisors
An unlimited number of related individuals can be tracked for each individual client or prospect. The records of related individuals and/or Advisors are quickly accessed with a double-click on the desired individual/advisor. By allowing quick and easy adding, tracking and editing of advisors to the particular individual(s); your prospects and clients can be properly serviced with a minimal number of mouse clicks and keystrokes

Tracking “Attachments”
The Attachments tab of AGENCY EXPERT allows single-click access to ANY record or item that is linked to the particular record. Scanned Documents, E-mails, Notes, Policies, Investments, etc. Are all quickly located and accessed with a double-click of your mouse.
