Q1: When can we expect to see some enhanced e-mail tracking capabilities?
Q2: Are you planning to add more reports for Agents with client base?
Q3: Are you going to add the capability to synchronize with a Pocket PC?
A1: We currently have e-mail tracking capabilities that are as advanced or more so than the other systems available. We are planning on making several changes in future releases such allowing html formatting, showing the e-mail subject as a separate field and keeping the reply to an attached e-mail as part of the e-mail thread the same as Outlook.
A2: We typically add five to ten reports with each update. You might check the summaries of updates on our web sites. We actually are not completely sure what the above statement means. If you feel a new report would be an advantage, send us a mockup of the desired report and at some future date if we feel it is desirable for the majority of users, we may add it.
A3: We are looking at providing this capability if we find that the number of potential sales will justify its development.
