Q1: Why don’t the Appointments and ToDos pickup address and phone number automatically? Q2: Can I view the Calendar in full screen? Q3: Can I view the attached record on a ToDo or Appointment?
A1: The 6.5.0 release and higher has a Phone number field for Appointments and ToDos. There is no room for the address so that has not been added. You can always view the client record by right-clicking and clicking view record.
A2: Yes, you just need to double click on the daily/weekly/or monthly tab.
A3: If you click on a ToDo (or Appointment), then right click and select View Record it opens the attached record.
