Setting and Tracking Appointments Appointments are set through the Daily Planner by way of a single click to edit the desired time slot. A double click on the desired time slot displays the “Appointment” screen shown below. From the Appointment screen you are able to define the type of appointment (i.e. Meeting, Personal, Special, Tentative, Business), the location of the appointment, and also set alarms to remind you of upcoming appointments. You are also able to define “recurring” appointments such as weekly staff meetings, monthly conference calls, annual reviews, etc. with a single entry.
