DAILY PLANNING / SCHEDULING

AGENCY EXPERT is equipped with full daily planning and scheduling capabilities to insure that your appointments and “to do’s” are never over-looked or forgotten. Upon loading AGENCY EXPERT, your daily “to do” list is automatically pulled to the screen. Throughout the course of the business day, AGENCY EXPERT alerts you (with pop-up screens) to upcoming events. The Daily Planner allows for single-click access to and from all modules in AGENCY EXPERT for Windows. To Dos and Appointments are automatically attached to the desired records to save time and effort. Finally, the Daily Planner is fully integrated with the Job Manager and Contact Manager to give you the most powerful Planning, Scheduling and Contact Management tool available anywhere. You have never seen anything like this!

Setting and Tracking Appointments
Appointments are set through the Daily Planner by way of a single click to edit the desired time slot. A double click on the desired time slot displays the “Appointment” screen shown below. From the Appointment screen you are able to define the type of appointment (i.e. Meeting, Personal, Special, Tentative, Business), the location of the appointment, and also set alarms to remind you of upcoming appointments. You are also able to define “recurring” appointments such as weekly staff meetings, monthly conference calls, annual reviews, etc. with a single entry.

Setting and Tracking Daily “To Dos”
Daily “To Dos” are set through the Daily Planner by way of a single click on the “Add to do Item” button. A single click on that button displays the “To Do” screen shown below. From the “To Do” screen you are able to define the type of item/task (i.e. Phone Call, Task, Document to be printed, Email to be sent, FAX to be sent or Label to be printed.), the desired date of completion, and also link the item to any record in AGENCY EXPERT for Windows. You are also able to define the priority level of the item(s) to guarantee that the most pressing items are handled first.
