Call Tracking System
AGENCY EXPERT contains a call tracking and electronic document filing system known as the “Contact Manager.” This system tracks all written and telephone correspondence electronically to bring your agency yet another step closer to a “paper-less” office. The Call Manager system, which doubles as an intra-office e-mail system, allows messages and required callbacks to be entered and managed. The date and time of the incoming and outgoing calls are automatically recorded to ensure proper response and servicing. The Call Manager is detailed below.

Electronic Document Tracking and Filing
The Document Manager (shown below) allows a record of all printed documents to be maintained automatically through AGENCY EXPERT for Windows. Upon printing a document, AGENCY EXPERT records the date and time of printing and even an electronic copy of the “post merge” document. This filing system allows previously printed and remitted documents to be pulled up and even re-printed at a moment’s notice in their original format.
