Q1: Is there a simpler way of adding agents to the Agency Manager?
A1:
There must be a misunderstanding since adding a new agent just requires adding the last and first name and clicking the save button. Adding a new agent is essentially the same as adding a new individual in the Individual Manager or a new business in the Business Manager. Also, at any field where you are selecting the Agent or Agency (in the Individual Manager, the Business Manager, the Agent of Record at a policy, etc.) you can add a new agent or agency "on-the-fly" without opening the Agent Manager.
